Connect Claude, Cursor and Codex to your workspace
Viably now runs an MCP server. Connect Claude Code, Claude.ai, Cursor or Codex, sign in once, and your agent can triage the inbox, review the pipeline, file tasks and issues, and read relay logs and Search Console as you, within your role. In Claude Code you can also attach a contact or an issue to the conversation with @viably. Every change it makes is recorded on API and agents, and scripts can call the same tools over REST with a personal access token.
Uptime monitoring, checked from outside your network
Viably now monitors public health endpoints from outside your own network. It checks each URL every hour, drops to every two minutes the moment one misses, opens a Slack incident after two missed checks, and updates the same message until the endpoint is healthy again.
Instagram, Facebook, and Threads analytics
Social Analytics now brings Instagram, Facebook, and Threads into one dashboard. Viably discovers posts that are already live, tracks performance while the numbers are still moving, and helps you compare formats without mixing apples and oranges.
The Viably+ trial now runs on Stripe
The 14-day trial starts when you choose to begin it from the billing page, not quietly at install. It rolls into the paid plan on day 15 unless you cancel, and Stripe sends a reminder three days before the end. Nothing is charged during the trial, and the Free plan stays unchanged.
WhatsApp enquiries now become contacts
A wa.me link used to be where the trail went cold. WhatsApp is now its own relay type, so a visitor who taps your button arrives as a named contact with the page they came from, the campaign that sent them there, and the message they were about to send. The conversation also links back to the right contact, and referrals flow both ways so the referrer and the customer stay connected to the same record.
Recover lost sales from failed Stripe payments
Stripe endpoints can now relay charge.failed events, so a declined card or abandoned checkout lands in Slack as a recovery alert with the product, amount, reason, and customer details already attached. Each failure can open a follow-up task, and repeat failures from the same customer collapse into one alert a day so the channel does not flood.
Extended webhook reporting for Viably+
Viably+ workspaces now keep their webhook relay history for several months, so the Month in Review trend charts can look back across earlier months rather than only the current billing period. Your incoming events become a longer record you can revisit whenever you want to compare periods or follow how a category is moving. Free workspaces continue to chart the current period.
Webhook trends in your Month in Review
Month in Review now charts your incoming webhook activity as daily trend lines — one per category like transactions, sign-ups, and lead-gen — so you can see which events are picking up over the month at a glance. Click a category to toggle its line on or off.
Medal seasons and bounty tasks
The medal leaderboard now runs in seasons with clean resets, visible right in the Slack leaderboard message. One-off bounty tasks reward ad-hoc wins, awarding is human-only, and each repo can silence issue, PR, push, or workflow noise on its own.
@Via got more reliable, and smarter about billing
Multi-step requests like filing an issue, reminding the channel, and tagging someone now land every step more consistently. Managed AI workspaces recharge automatically when credits run low, and the Mark Done button in a thread stays in sync when @Via closes a task from chat.
Task management page, and a batch of reliability fixes
A dedicated task management page in the dashboard, recurring task templates that reliably spawn their next occurrence, and a fix so GitHub pull requests stop getting mistaken for bug reports.
Weekly digest, Month in Review, and webhook automation
A weekly pulse lands in the channel summarizing open issues, unclaimed tasks, and upcoming reminders. A Month in Review recaps the quarter, incoming webhook events can open a tracked task on their own, and the pricing page got a self-serve calculator.
Team calendar, backed by Google Calendar
A shared team calendar in the dashboard, backed by a Google service account and triggered with 🗓️ in Slack. Task due dates, issue deadlines, and reminders now show up in one place.
