How to delete your data

If you want your account or workspace data removed from Viably, you can do so in one of the following ways. For more context on the data we process, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

If you want your account or workspace data removed from Viably, you can do so in one of the following ways:

• Remove the app from Slack: uninstall Viably from your Slack workspace. This starts the deletion process for that workspace’s data; we aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
• Revoke third-party access: disconnect the Google Calendar or Search Console Power from the relevant admin page in the Viably dashboard, or revoke the app’s access from your Google account permissions page.
• Request immediate deletion: email us at [email protected] with your workspace name, Slack workspace ID or URL, and the email associated with your Viably account so we can locate and remove the relevant data.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes the relevant workspace data that Viably stores for the requested account or installation, including associated Slack metadata, chat history needed for the configured features, connected credentials that have been stored, and any synced data we maintain to operate the enabled Powers. Some log records may be retained only as required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction records.

If you connected a Facebook login

If you used Facebook login or a Facebook OAuth connection to access or authenticate with Viably, you can revoke that access from your Facebook permissions settings. If you also want the remaining Viably account data associated with that login removed, send a deletion request to [email protected] with the email address or account identifier tied to the Facebook-linked sign-in.

Response time

We process deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible. If a request is made through the email address above, we will confirm receipt and complete the deletion in accordance with our retention policy and applicable legal requirements.
