Why do the numbers on a new post keep changing?
Engagement climbs for a day or two after a post goes live, so Viably measures a fresh post every hour for the first 48 hours and then daily up to 30 days.
How are reels compared against feed posts?
Separately, on what the average post achieves, so a format doesn't look strong just because you publish a lot of it.
Why is there a dash instead of a number?
A dash usually means one of two things: the platform does not report that metric, or that post has not been collected yet.
Why do the account figures not match the posts added up?
The post figures cover the posts Viably discovered and measured. The account figures come from Instagram's own reporting and count the account's overall performance.
What do I need before connecting?
