What to include in your request

  • Workspace name— which Slack workspace you're using Viably in.
  • Which Power — is the issue with AI Chat, Issue Tracking, Medal, Email, Thread Locking, Webhook Relay, or the OCR feature?
  • Steps to reproduce — what did you do, and what happened instead?
  • Screenshots or error messages — if applicable, helps us understand the issue faster.
