Do I need a credit card to try Viably+?

You need one to start the 14-day trial, because the trial runs on your Stripe subscription and rolls straight into the paid plan when it finishes. Nothing is charged during those 14 days, and cancelling before the last day costs you nothing. You never need a card for the Free plan, which carries the full feature set and does not expire.

What happens on day 15?

Stripe charges the card on file for your chosen interval and the workspace carries on without interruption. Three days before that, Stripe emails you a reminder, so the charge is never a surprise. Cancel at any point during the trial and the subscription simply ends with nothing billed.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is deleted. If you exceed the Free channel limit, Viably keeps your busiest channels active and pauses powers in the rest until you upgrade or free up a slot — your history stays intact.

What counts as an AI message?

Accepted Answer

Each interaction where @Via runs the model on your behalf — answering a question, creating tasks, or triaging a thread. Reactions that trigger non-AI powers (tasks, medals, reminders) don't count.

Can I add more capacity without upgrading tiers?

Yes. Viably+ includes top-up packs — each adds +1 channel and +1,000 to your AI message and event allowances, billed on the same interval as your plan.

What is Extended webhook reporting?

Accepted Answer

Every webhook event you relay is charted in the Month in Review area of your dashboard, grouped by category such as transactions and signups. On Viably+ your relay history is kept for several months, so those trend charts can look back across earlier months when you want to compare periods or follow how a category is moving. Free workspaces see the current billing period in their charts.
